UKCloud owns and manages the entire platform and operates with a wide range of customer support teams to continually monitor the infrastructure, networking, specific cloud technologies, portals, and functionality. Each month, every customer will receive an availability report and usage overview in the UKCloud portal and receive a detailed usage report in CSV format.
