You will be responsible for building a strategy and plan for breadth partner marketing to help drive progress towards numerous goals.
You must be focussed on developing partner relationships and supporting the partner account managers in enabling those partners to be successful. You will work collaboratively as a close member of both the marketing and partner teams.
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, Director of Partners and the Partner sales team to deliver marketing activity in order to drive pipeline.
Monitor our Partner audience to understand and maintain key characteristics and passion triggers in order to develop relevant and effective campaign content for our Partner community.
Plan and execute the elements of our marketing plan needed to nurture existing Partners and support recruitment of new Partners
Lead the design and implementation of a new partner program, and associated web assets
Lead targeted joint marketing initiatives with selected priority partners including managing the MDF program
Management and monitoring of all Partner-specific web and portal content
Work with the Head of Marketing to ensure regular partner-related PR is issued in-line with corporate strategy
Work with Sales Support to ensure that partner data is segmented and profiled to support appropriate messaging and partner recruitment
Work with Events Coordinator to ensure a regular cadence of partner-focused events is delivered for recruitment and retention.
Work with Digital Marketing Manager to ensure that partner-specific content is regularly issued via corporate social media channels
Ownership of tracking and reporting of all Partner marketing activities
Analysis of campaign effectiveness against targets to support continual improvement of campaigns includings getting feedback from Partners on effectiveness in order to improve future campaigns
At least 4 years' experience in partner marketing
A solid grasp of marketing within the technology/IT sector
An understanding of the UK public sector market is desired but not essential
Marketing, Communications, Business Degree, CIM or similar
Ability to effectively manage third-party suppliers
Demonstrable experience managing a vibrant partner program and collaborative marketing with partners
Aptitude to analyse demand generation activities, identify trends and recommend appropriate course of action
Willingness to travel and ability to manage events outside of business hours as required
