UKCloud’s Partner Directors will be responsible for developing and growing UKCloud’s partner ecosystem with specific focus on building revenue streams.


Key Responsibilities

· Meet and exceed Growth Booking target with responsibility for a specific set of named or defined UKCloud Prospect Partners who are not currently billing. 

· Develop and manage Opportunity pipeline in a disciplined and consistent manner and provide accurate, timely and detailed forecasts of Qualified Opportunities and Identified Leads. 

· Promote and raise the profile of the UKCloud offerings, ensuring that the company achieves positive brand equity, captures market share and wins hearts and minds of the Partners’ Go To Market teams. 

· Key measures include: Closed-Won Bookings, Case Studies, References and Growth Enabling Events (such as product enablement sessions/ workshops, round table breakfast/ lunch/ dinners, joint webinars and national/ local sponsored events). Excludes: Annual Billing Revenue and NPS, since this is the remit of the Customer Success Manager for existing, billing Partners. 

· Adhere to the Partner Management process. 

· Ensure all communications are correctly and accurately reflected in CRM system.

· Collaborate with UKCloud Growth Team members to leverage full value from UKCloud’s ecosystem · Build long term relationships based on successful engagements, trust and honesty. 


Knowledge/Skills/Experience

· Knowledge and experience of selling to the UK Public Sector 

· Proven ability to achieve quotas · In-depth knowledge of the software and cloud industry 

· Excellent written, verbal and communication skills 

· Average tenure of more than 5 years 

· 3-5 years’ experience in Partner Management/Alliances with Systems Integrators. 

· Demonstrates advanced knowledge and practice of complex sales cycle to win net new logos 

· Politically astute, excellent understanding of business, and able to develop relationships with key and senior decision makers 

· Proven ability at effectively making formal and informal presentations to all levels of management 

· Excellent planning and time management skills

· Proactive and service oriented 

· Self-motivated and able to retain enthusiasm and stay focused.
