UKCloud is looking for a Marketing Automation Manager, Marketing automation is the engine that enables UKCloud to drive consistent and effective results through tools, technologies and their applications. The Marketing Automation Manager plays a critical role in championing the pervasive use of data and marketing automation, which provides better visibility into marketing performance.
Custodian of Pardot to ensure the platform is maintained, improved and integrated with other technology platforms including Salesforce and UKCloud website
Implementation and optimisation of scalable marketing processes underpinned by marketing automation to support lead scoring, lead tracking and lead enrichment and optimise the funnel metrics for optimal lead flow and management
Manage the company websites including improvement of the usability, key performance indicators and visitor profiling
Manage and oversee SEO and PPC strategies including the use of remarketing where needed.
The management, segmentation, profiling and accuracy of marketing data by identifying different segmentation criteria based on audience behaviour, demographic, geographic characteristics, etc. then segmenting and enabling the targeting of specific audiences to optimise campaigns to increase effectiveness.
Training of marketing and SalesOps/BD colleagues to make the best use of our data
Stimulate demand for products through proactive and imaginative digital marketing
Work with the Compliance and Commercial teams for best practices related to data privacy management, changes in policy, and safeguarding organisational data assets.
Previous experience using Marketing Automation platforms such as Marketo, Pardot and Hubspot
A Marketing-related certificate, such as Marketo Engage, Pardot, Oracle (Eloqua) Marketing Cloud or Other Certification would be advantageous.
Strong analytical mindset and an ability to analyse campaigns.
Relevant industry experience would be a strong advantage.
Excellent email marketing and campaign experience is essential.
Strong understanding of the sales process and supporting tools like SFDC
Confident and clear communication and ability to work with stakeholders within the sales organisation (e.g. sales operations and business development)
Experience managing and getting best value from specialist agencies · Numerate; able to produce and analyse data accurately. Excellent attention to detail.
Use of Google analytics, Adwords and other relevant sites · Well organised and self-motivated; evidence of continually learning.
Creative thinker with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
Excellent communicator -- both written and verbal.· Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines. · Experience of using Salesforce.com and marketing automation / pardot
Experience of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook.
Knowledge of using data to segment and personalise campaigns. · Understanding of social media.
