Impact to customer?
The DRaaS (Zerto) control plane will be unavailable for the duration of the change. Protected VMs will not be impacted however no new checkpoints will be written to the Journal History during the control plane outage. During the DRaaS control plane outage you will also not be able to do test or live failovers.
