    It would be useful to have a PDF version of Knowledge Centre articles.

    It would be really useful to have an Elevated accesible version of the the new Knowledge base as currently if a support engineer posts a link to a new KB article, you have to copy the link off the elevated portal ticket, off your SRAS laptop to an internet connected device in order to view it.

    Not everyone is technically experienced to the level assumed by much of the (good) guidance and material available in the Knowledge Base.

    It would be really useful for those with less knowledge/experience to have a simple guide that helps them get started and use the existing guidance.

    As a baseline, a guide that details the prefered browsers, and critical settings to ensure maximum use of the Portal and minimise the simple issues and errors that arise, primarily from browser choice and settings that could easily be changed rather than raise a support ticket.

    When using the G8 Estimating Tool (v.1.0.3) it would be useful to have a field that supports a freetext note against each line that is being quoted. This would help when modeling large environments, so you can add descriptive text such as "Test Webservers", etc..
