Product Analyst

Undergraduate Opportunities (12-month fixed-term contract)

We are seeking applicants who are studying a Computing or Business Management related course (or similar) to join or Product Management team.

Product Management is about the creation and development of our products and more, to make the end-to-end experience compelling for our Customers. Product Management therefore provides leadership within the business, working with stakeholders to influence, clarify and drive the best possible results from our products.

As a Product Analyst you will have a diverse workload including:

  • Helping to create, manage and prioritise product development backlogs
  • Identifying and sponsoring improvements to products in the portfolio
  • Analysing product performance and ‘mystery-shopping’ for adherence to described value
  • Helping the organisation understand the readiness of products and services
  • Teach others (internally) about products and services, including documentation and some brown-bag / demonstrations
  • Customer engagement for feedback, ideas and experiences

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, accuracy in written communications
  • Self-motivated, and hungry for new experiences, skills and knowledge
  • Good analytical skills, including ability to correlate data and present meaningful summaries
  • Some experience of technical writing (including capturing source material) would be beneficial
  • Able to undertake data analysis using database or spreadsheet software
  • Ability to manage a variable workload, prioritising and timekeeping being key skills

  • This role will be based at the Company’s offices in Farnborough, Hampshire
