Undergraduate Opportunities (12-month fixed-term contract)

Our Customer team is comprised of service and support covering customer success, a support desk and technical account management.

This is an excellent opportunity for our undergraduates to gain true exposure to all areas that directly interact with UKCloud customers. Examples could include ensuring customers receive the right technical product information through to managing alerts and incidents.

We are looking for people who are studying a Computing or related course.

  • Accuracy in written communications
  • A desire to learn new skills and gain experience across the organisation
  • Reliable, conscientious and a methodical approach to tasks
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Enthusiasm and dedication to successfully completing tasks on time and as specified

Technical and customer aptitude and knowledge will be assessed during the interview process, some customer services experience and a background knowledge of virtualisation, cloud computing and IT Service Management (ITIL) activities would stand the candidate in good stead.

  • Excellent results and grades in your assessments and examinations to date
  • This role will be based at the Company’s offices in Farnborough, Hampshire
