About the Role

Are you looking for a step up into a project management role? In this new role, we’re looking for someone with excellent customer service experience who can successfully deliver multiple projects. Your role will ensure business readiness and deliverables for all customer onboarding projects and products.

Key Responsibilities

Project management accountability and delivery service projects to time, cost and quality
Communication and co-ordination of project activities
Initiate process improvement and sharing of knowledge within the team and business
Create and maintain project documentation
Manage Risks, Issues and Change management and escalate where appropriate
Manage project resources
Work with all areas of the business to ensure business readiness
Manage full lifecycle of multiple projects using methodologies such as Prince2 or Agile on a day to day basis
Manage multi-disciplined resource assigned to projects
Ensure project data is kept up to date on the projects database
Create and maintain project documentation including risk, action, issue logs
Maintain awareness and support of UKCloud policies and procedures
Continue to update own knowledge through available resources to ensure familiarity on all new product releases
Work with other team members to provide flexibility and business continuity as and when required

Skills and Experience

Demonstrable customer services focussing on customer success and delight; able to evidence metrics used
Experience of internal client facing Project Management
Experience of customer delivery
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience in change management
Excellent customer service skills
Prince2 or similar Qualified Practitioner or equivalent experience
Obtain and maintain excellent and up-to-date knowledge of UKCloud products and customer applications
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of UKCloud and UKCloud’s customers
Ability to work effectively and deliver a high standard of work in a busy office environment
Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and perform effectively within clear timelines
Familiarity with and an interest in learning other internal tools to work efficiently to extract the necessary insights and metrics
Desirable: technical cloud awareness or security accreditations for the Public sector
